I am currently honoured to be President of the Craft Bakers Association. My roots are firmly fixed in baking, developing my skills and knowledge from the age of 15. Latterly as a technical manager of a flour supplier visiting many Bakeries across all sectors and covering most bakery products. I have judged many competitions and fully understand the importance of the detailed assessment of product characteristics for all entries. British Baker has put together a team of expert judges all offering a range of specialist knowledge which helps to ease the very difficult task of finding the eventual winners.
